Refunds are possible for the damaged or defective or incorrect products which are not on SALE or DISCOUNT. Initiate your refund within 3 days from the date of product delivered to your address. If we are not contacted within 3 days of the delivery received then you are no longer able to be entitled for refund. Returns are possible for the damaged, defective, wrong products or incomplete products delivered to the customer which are not on SALE or DISCOUNT.
The return should be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Product should have a tag attached as sent to you for delivery.
Product should be in the same condition as delivered and should be unwashed and unworn and free of any signs of wear such as makeup, deodorant stains, perfumes, pet hair, or cigarette smell.
Product should be well packed neatly as in the original cover together with the invoice.

Upon the product reaches the store successfully within 7 days from the date the return is submitted via email and your return is valid, we will either send you the product again or refund your money back as credit points for you to be used for your next purchase based on your confirmation.
